Darwin's Ink:
B (Becky) did this one on Darwin's left forearm in December... you can see some photos of her doing it at the tattoo expo at Northern Lights if you click play. It is not a number 8 and if you ask him what the "8" means he'll tell you that it is either his IQ or length...it is actually the symbol for infinity and it ties together the theme of his tattoo which represents God and universe - both of which are forever unlike life which has a beginning and end. That is represented by an alpha and omega at either end of infinity. The rest of symbols represent religious beliefs and also are symbols for the eight planets plus Pluto and Ceres. It's complicated...
John did the two on Darwin's right arm....on the outer forearm he did an awesome new age flag wrapped Italy. Highlighting Darwin's Sicilian background too that island is the two colors of the Sicilian flag.
When you go to a tattoo shop who is the person you let touch a needle to your skin? A tattoo artist, of course. There’s a very important word there -ARTIST-
Tattoos are art - and they are a lot more interesting to us than going to a gallery. One of the biggest reasons we love Jammin’ Ink --- aside from the fact that B, John, Catie, and Shane are laid back and awesome people --- is that they are all artists. They take the art side of what they do seriously and we’re proud to wear the art they create because it makes our ink even more unique. If you don’t have a shop yet, why not make Jammin’ Ink yours? If they weren’t so talented and such great people, we wouldn’t suggest you go see them - so please do! Check out their work on us....

On the other side of Darwin's right arm John did a Phoenix wrapped in the Arizona flag. Instead of the copper star that AZ has on the flag, John substituted a nautical star with the colors green and black to represent Flagstaff, AZ.

Dave Kitty was 17 when he died last August. He was very special to Cat and she wanted to always be able to look at him, so she trusted the memory of her kitty to live on to B - and as you can see here Dave looks beautiful on Cat's right forearm.
